Why do you want to do this without antibiotics? If it is because of the discomfort, there is a medicine you can get right now at the drug store that will cure the pain of urinary tract and the urge of having to pee, I think you can find it in the feminine product area. Otherwise, you can try natural antibiotics, and things like cranberry juice that prevent bacteria from sticking, but you don't want to risk it rising into your kidneys. There are a variety of other natural "cures," but they are really better at preventing future UTIs than getting rid of a current one. Drink a lot of water also to help flush out the bacteria, and take acidopholis bills every morning and night to build up your good bacteria in your system.

It can be very dangerous to not seek medical help, however I have had good successes with the early stages of a UTI by drinking lots and lots of water, as well as cranberry juice or cranberry pills. The key is the water, it flushes out the system. However, if you are in great pain, or see blood in your urine, you should seek a doctors advice and get treated. A UTI can lead to a kidney infection, which left untreated could permanently damage your kidneys or worse.

This may not sound like the most extraordinary remedy, but it is one of the most important things you can do when you have a UTI. It can help flush out bacteria, and (almost) more importantly, it gives you something to actually push out when you pee! A lot of home remedies for urinary tract infections are drinks because you should always be flushing fluid through your system to give it a helping hand in getting rid of the nasty bacteria.

Cranberry juice works because the bacteria form colonies that stick to the inside walls of the bladder and the juice has something in it that keeps them from sticking there, and to each other. After getting rid of the infection, don't take baths. Only showers.

cranberry juice/cranberries, Ural (a urinary tract health powder..this helps balance things out again) and heaps and heaps and heaps of water (to flush it out). Make sure you pee often too. Do not hold off peeing when you need to go because this makes the urine more concentrated and helps bacteria build up in your bladder (a nurse told me this).

No guaranteed solution
Keep yrself hydrated (drink enough water)
Take some Panadol for the fever, if any
Cranberry juice is said to be preventative (for the future)
If it's not getting better after a couple of days, see a doctor!
cheers

drink lots of cranberry juice. If that dosen't help it could be a sign of a severe infection and you would NEED to see a doctor.

Cranberry Juice can help but don't let it go on too long. Infection is serious business!
