Yes... it's THE best way! Results will vary from person to person, but I would say you should notice results in about three weeks?
But... you also MUST watch what you eat as well! Don't go pigging out on a lot of junk because you're extra hungry!

Hi,
Walking at a pace is considered a cardiovascular activity and so, you can say that it will help to burn overall body fat. It doesnt mean it will specialize in the tummy or waist area and also you dun necessarily have a smaller waist or tummy because of this.
This is because, whether it can help is also dependent on why you have waist fats. Sometimes, people have tummies because the stomach is not toned (not enough exercise), sometimes though it is because their colon is congested and they never clear it.
Did you know your colon can contain up to 11kg of unwanted sticky stools?
If you are looking to lose your tummy, you might want to try a detox because it can help burn off fats, tone your muscles a little bit and detox your colon go to make your tummy flatter and more toned.
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 mths via a detox.
I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Depends also on what kind of body type you have. If you have an apple shape (thicker in the top half of your body with thin legs), it may take more than walking to get your tummy reduced. Pear shape people have an easier time of it, since most of their weight is carried in the hips and bottom.
Here is a good site with some info for you:

Yes it can. Alot of people actually make the mistake of doing TOO much cardio, which ends up burning muscle, not fat. Make sure that your eating healthy, and you'll see results soon. The stricter you are, the sooner youll see results.

Most flabby tummy and waist fat are due to sitting on your bump for too long. Such occupations contribute to these are office workers and drivers.

Yes it can. Use a tape measure and measure yourself before you start and again 1 month later. If you keep up with it and eat right you will see a loss in inches/cm in 4 weeks' time.
