Eat 6 small but balanced meals to keep up your metabolism. Make sure that the carbohydrates are high in fiber and that the protein is lean. This will keep you in a caloric deficit and the frequent meals will prevent you from getting hungry.
Also, your exercise program should include weightlifting because the increased lean mass will burn extra calories on a 24 hour/day basis. Cardio also helps.

P.S. Use a measuring tape instead of a scale to monitor your progress. It is more accurate and I am sure that none of your clothing sizes are listed in lbs or kilograms.

Have you thought about doing a cleanse/detox?
I did and lost 12lbs in less time than that.
It is a great way to jumpstart weightloss or get ride of that stubborn last few pounds.
It is really simple to do and you will feel great!

try the south beach diet, you will lose 10-14 pounds in two weeks, it worked for me, and still working I have tried every diet in the world and this is the only one that has helped me
