It's probably not a good idea to lose half a stone to get into something if you're going to regain it. It's really harmful for your body, and if you disqualify for something later, you'll regret it. It's similar to breaking your leg so you can get disability when you need to park at a big event.

In any case, if you want to really lose the weight quickly - drink lots of water and eat only vitamin supplements. Just remember that it'll come right back when you revert to a regular diet. In fact, you will most likely gain back more than what you lost.

We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

Treadmill.... no doubt. Start slowly walking for 30min, then jog 10/walk20, jog15/walk 15 etc until you jog for 30min. Do this each and every day. Build up to 10min walk, 30 min jog and 5 min "run" at 6km+/hour total per day. Weight will drop off your body starting 1 week after commencing. Drink lots of water in the day (12 glasses) Eat normally but cut the cakes and chocs. Listen to good tunes or watch TV while on treadmill, it helps pass the time. If you can do this outdoors on teh raodway even better. Good luck.

one day. eat in the morning normal food. exercise very long time. some cardio would be nice. then do not eat anything. then exercise again. then take some herbal tea in pahrmacy or nature shop. it is called tea for losing weight. u will sh'i't and urinate like there is no tomorrow all the rest of the day and all night but the next day u will be thin as a ghost. maybe u will even lose more than half a stone

eat no sugar, eat no more than two fingers of food three times a day and spread those meals out over an hour each and exercise as many times a day as possible. NO PINTS! or alcohol at all. More water but not too much. You can drown.

quickest way is to take amphetemines.i lost a stone in a week on them.dont do it now though ;)
bear in mind you wont sleep at all,but you will get the housework done in record time lol.it also makes you very paranoid and wanna kill ya self after.you pay the price lol

Whats the point of that????? Just eat sensibly and lose it naturally!! If you only need to lose half a stone then there isnt any big urgency is there!! You obviously aint obese!
