I work 11 hours a day and still have time. Stop making excuses and just get up and go. I think the cup of coffee about an hour before really helps motivate me.

I'm in a similar situation and what I was gonna do was eat smaller portions for lunch and spend half of my lunch hour speedwalking. Even if I have to walk around the block over and over.

cans of soup as dumb-bells, walk up and down the stairs a lot, lunges to a from the bathroom, sit-ups in front of the TV, leg lifts before you go to bed, squat a couple of times before actually sitting in a chair
