if the helmet is too tight, it will make the veins and nerves in your head also tight, making the blood in it, to circulate fast, which could possibly result in hypertension,..
another thing bout that is that it will prevent the heat in your head to evaporate, it will cause a bad odor for sure..

Why would you want to? your hair would get all greasy and gross. there are children with handycaps who wear helmets 24/7.
