Long John uses a white fish like cod. I think they use Alaskan pollock because its cheap(Its a low quality cod). I hate Tilapia because its too dense. I prefer Sole. Its the easiest to cook. For you, I would use a large filet, like the Pacific Dover sole. I get the cheap Sand dab or grey sole. THey are small, so I some time fry them whole. You don't get much meat from a single fish, so some wouldn't bother eating them.

Fish in general is a very good meal, as it is high on phosphor and it is low on cholestrol, again depending on which fish you eat.

well, choices differ, some like Halibet, some like seer fish, some like tuna, some like pomfret.....

I think Pink salmon is really nice but yet again it depends what is available in yr area where you live and what you like.

All fishes are good.....but the excellent ones are those that has the lips like those cameltoes u sport downunder....u know between ur thighs, yup, those....n to get rid of fishy smell juz make sure u wrap the fish u want to cook with one of ur worn unwashed panty, that would do the job of removing the badsmell.....

Tilapia has a fishy taste. I don't like that taste, and so I always go with Cod. Battered is best!

tilapia.

it's fairly cheap, you can find the frozen filets at most grocery stores and it doesn't stink up your kitchen when it's cooking. it has a mild taste as well.
