For example one day chest and biceps, next day legs? Im trying to concentrate on muscle groups more. Can some one give me some advice on what to focus on during 6 days of work outs.

day2-shoulders&back
day3-legs&triceps
repeat this for next three days
work out your abs daily

There are many good ways to workout and many bad ways to workout.

A good routine will not ignore any major muscle groups.

A good routine provides rest days so that your muscles can repair and your liver glycogen can recover.
