God creates people but we are the ones who make the decision to have kids. So we are the ones who play God. What if we made the choice not to have kids this soul would not exist without us and God would not have created a person. Hard to explain for instance like saying if a girl did not use birth control she would most likely be pregnant so no soul exist because of humans not God.

Yea, I once thought, what if all the humans in the world decided not to have children anymore. We can make ourselves extinct if we want...isn't that interesting?

1. Allah (SWT) 'God' is only 'One', has no partner or son, and neither gives birth, nor is He born. He is eternally besought by all and has no beginning or end, and none is equal to Him (Holy Quran example)
2. He is the Merciful and the Compassionate, the Guardian and the True Guide, the Just and the Supreme Lord, the Creator and the Watchful, the First and the Last, the Knowing and the Wise, the Hearing, and the Aware, the Witness and the Glorious, the Able and ' the Powerful. (Holy Quran example).
3. He is the Loving and the Provider, the Generous and the Benevolent, the Rich and the Independent, the Forgiving and the Clement, the Patient and the Appreciative, the Unique and the Protector, the Judge and the Peace. (Holy Quran example). The question of Allah's (SWT) 'God' existence has preoccupied men's minds for many centuries. Those who believe in Allah (SWT) 'God' seem to agree that the limited finite human intelligence cannot prove the existence of the infinite boundless of Allah (SWT) 'God'. It can only illustrate or demonstrate his existence to the satisfaction of the curious human mind.
Those who deny Allah's (SWT) 'God' claim to rely on science, philosophy, or special theories of knowledge. Their arguments are sometimes inapplicable, sometimes irrelevant, always complex, and often incomprehensible. However, the developed mind will find its way to Allah (SWT) 'God'. Failure to find the way does not mean that there is no way. Denial of reality does not make it unreal.

Over simplification. God created man and in him put both the ability and desire to procreate. Once conception takes place, God works on the soul because the process of physicality is already programmed in and He doesn't have to deal with that. But, as in the case of Mary, we see that He is more than able to kick-start procreation with, or without, human involvement.

First of all, doctors will tell you no birth control in 100% effective 100% of the time. Secondly, the Bible says:
You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb.
Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous-and how well I know it.
You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.
You saw me before I was born.
Everyday of my life was recorded in your book.
Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.

psalm 139:13-16 NLT

See, God has known of you way before your parents ever came together to conceive you. And He was the one who created you exactly how He wanted you to look. (Of course we sometimes let ourselves go which is our fault, not His) You're no surprise. You've been on His mind before you were even born. He thinks good thoughts of you all the time because He loves you. He's your Father & dad, (no disrespect). The Bible also says "every hair on our head are numbered", (and if one falls out, He knows exactly which one because He put it there!) God is a life-giver, and we all know where there is growth, there is life.
