It depends from person to person
Generally we all like a person (nature wise) who is sweet, true to heart, understanding, caring,rational
(physical) good personality, good figure(or Physique for boyz).
But Personally in between the 2 , Nature just outscore physical appearance as nature last long...

girls who are fun to be around, have a sense of humour. and yea have to be attractive
also its a plus if they make you feel like they really need you
if me bein in someone elses life makes it better
then im a lot happier bein around them
