I have wanted to get my hair cut for a while now , and i have something in mind.Though i cant seem to find it in picture.What courtney cox has in season 9 comes pretty close i guess.Is it like a step cut?

I did an image search on Yahoo! for her but cannot recall the hair style she had during season 9.
