my plan is to drink 4 liters of water a day, drink 3 cups of plain green tea a day,
use the master cleanse program,
exercise moderately for 3 hours on my own,
and go to the gym 3 times a week and burn
1200 calories each time I am there.
I am not so much concerned about pounds, but more so inches. How long do you think I will have to keep this up until I start seeing results esp. in the stomach area?

Sounds like a good plan, just don't overdo it. You should be seeing results in 2-3 weeks.

Sweet Jesus! You will crash. I think that's just too much water for your kidnies per day. try the 7 to 8 glasses a day instead. Your workout will probably make you sick. Burning 1200 calories isn't that simple. In the course of a day, sure but everytime you go at the gym....Plus the 3 hours on you own. Is your gym near a hospital?

Start out with a healthy diet and go from there. Remember that true results are not acheived in just weeks but months.

If you go to fast you will just end up hurting yourself and finish right back where you started. Patience and you will see results in no time. Permanent results.

Best bet is to go to the local gym and ask for a certified fitness trainer who can help you map out a workout schedule.

Best of luck and take care.

You asked a real question - here is your real answer, though it may not be what you wanted to hear.
Cleansing (or detox or fasting) is not a weight loss program (I don't care what Beyonce says). It's a method by which to rid your body of a buildup of toxins that is detrimental to one's health. Period. And a cleanse/fast/detox is never combined with strenuous exercise. It is simply too hard on the body.
The exercise plan you have is great - if you combine it with a diet low in fat and high in nutritional value/whole foods you will achieve the exact same effect as a cleanse. PLUS if you boost your metabolism by eating 5/6 small meals a day of more or less equal calorific value and comprised of lean proteins, complex carbs and fruit/veg you will see a reduction in your body fat percentage (those inches you want to lose) within 4 weeks. Good luck!

for one i want to see you keep this up for 1 week, i betchya you will not. Your plans are completly unrealistic. Instead why dont you try to make changes to your lifestyle that you can keep permantley, then the inches that you will drop will stay off.

your plan is good on paper , not in practice. everyone always starts out with plans like that, but they never work. Unless you do nothing all day but sit on your ***, no normal person has 3 horus to devote to daily exercise plus spending all that time on keeping track of water/tea and not to mention eating healthy.

Btw, if you lift weights, you will loose inches much much faster. You have a create a blance of cardio and weights. And you can not spot treat as in aim for fat removal only from the stomach, weight loss doesnt work like that.

It happens when it happens, sometimes a month, sometimes 6 months, sometimes two weeks.

The plan is good but I am scared if you are gonna be exercising three hours a day on your own. Isn't that a bit too much? Dont overdo it and with drinking water (that much) alone you could loose like a pound a week. With gym your body will look fabulous but do eat a normal (balanced) diet.

Any chance you would eat? Cz you'd die at this rate before you got any results.
