If you can manage it, I'd keep off them. Most of these drinks can be highly acidic. Bleaching causes sensitivity and acidic drinks will make it worse. Try drinking lots of mineral water.
Also, a dietician told me ages ago that its possible to get the same energy boost from an apple in the morning as it is a cup of coffee. If not, like Dr Sam said, I think you can get caffinated water, I'm sure I've seen that somewhere too.

I've even seen caffeinated water... I forget what brand it is, but it's in the refrigerator at 7-11 stores and so on.

you can have energy drinks as long as they are clear drinks not dark like cola , you should also only eat white food no gravy or things like that x
