She does not speak German, her husband is a Marine. Does she have to retest, or do nothing at all, or transfer it?? Thank-you!!! :)

she would be unable to secure a job off base without going through the German requirements for ForeignNationals obtaining a work visa. On base shouldn't be an issue, though.

You could probably get a job at one of the post clinics where speaking German wouldn't be an issue.

Germany is having a difficult time right now and Germans are fighting to keep their jobs. It's doubtful you'd get a job at a German hospital or clinic considering you don't speak German.

Yes and probably yes on re-testing or at least show some knowledge - Probably Germany's Medical Association Board for contact - May not have to speak German, but it would probably be better if she did.
