1 pkt of preferred jelly crystals (mango is delicious)
1 cup of plain vanilla yogurt
Dissolve jelly crystals in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Put into refridgerator until cooled but noit set, about 30 - 40 mins.
When this is ready, using 1 cup of the yogurt, stir until fluffy. Slowly add the cooled jelly to the yogurt and mix to combine, either pour into small ramekins or cover and allow to set.
This is delious with a little dab of whipped cream or yogurt, sprinkled with chocolate flakes.

yummy! i eat yogurt with granola, fruit, cereal or a combo of those. try it with fresh cake -drizzle over like frosting. mix with fruit, juice, and ice in a blender to make a smoothie. use it on french toast or pancakes. freeze it and make creamsicles.

add shallots chopped finely to plain yogurt and use as a dip for veggies or potato chips. You can also mince cucumber and add salt and pepper to (plain) yogurt and eat with rice and chicken or use as a spread on sandwiches, DELICIOUS

Eat with Muesli and it is very nutrious as muesli is packed with vitamin Bs, complex carbo and amino acids. Muesli can be found in most established supermakets.

You can eat yogurt with cereal, with honey,you can add a spoon of chocolate or American coffee. You can put yogurt also in a salad like a dressing. Try it !!!!!!!!!!! I love yogurt !!!!!!
