Well that may be because women can keep growing till the age of 18-19 and men can keep growing till the age of 23-25..i know when i finished grade 9 i was only 5ft 4in..and when i started grade 10 three month later i was 6ft even..then with time i kept growing very slowly till it stopped when i was 23 and now i'm 6ft 3in..

Your age has alot to do with it. You'll hit a stopping point pretty soon. All that stuff might of helped while you were growing up as a youngin, but at 16 you're going to slow down fast.
