You can't really target areas to lose fat. You can target areas to tone the muscle. In order to lose fat in any area in your body you have to lose the fat everywhere. If you start losing some weight your face will start looking thinner.

There is nothing like losing face fat .
If you will take healthy diet and do regular exercise
You will loose body fat and get slimmer.
