I ended up crashing my car and I need to find a place to sell it. The engine still runs but the right ront part of the frame is bent and the wheel is jammed against the wheel well so it wont turn. This isn't an ad I'm just looking for a place where i can sell it.

You have a couple of choices. The quickest, easiest way to get rid of it is to sell it to an auto dismantler. Expect between $50 and $200. Possibly more for a very desirable car.

The next way is to part it out. That means posting an ad in the local newspaper and letting people come over and take parts off it. It could take months or even years to get rid of the bulk of the car. Overall you will make much more money this way. A couple key parts and you'll easily make more than if you had sold it to the auto dismantler.

The other option that nobody has mentioned is to take some photos and run them by some auto body shops in your area. A lot of these auto body shops purchase wrecked cars from an auction like Copart (which sells manily wrecked cars) and they fix them up and sell them later as a repaired, running car with a salvaged title. This will probably net you a little more than the salvage yard but still less than parting the car out.

You can try to sell the good parts before you sell the rest to a junkyard. That might take a while, parting it out. .

Try selling the engine and other valuable parts and take the rest to a junkyard.

You may get more if you find find a way to carry to a scrap steel recycling facility. You must remove the glass and tires. I know a guy that carried his old Ford Ranger last week and got $350 for it.

Most junk yards pay you some money and tow it away, although it may not be as much as you would like to get for the car.
