I have no idea what you're talking about. That aside, I will say that my dog Bosco will clean his face like a cat. He got it from watching my mother in laws cat when he was a puppy. (he's 3 now) At any rate, that probably has nothing to do with your question, so I'll take my 2 points and mosey on down the road. Adios my badly worded question posting friend.

Perhaps your dog was brought up around cats only and reason for it showing cat behavior in some ways...
I gather this is what you are asking as to why your dog acts like a cat in some ways?

What exceeded off 5 days in the past? Did he see something frightening? something probably scared him right into a coma. i think of the sole thank you to help him is to seek for suggestion from a puppy psychic- they might desire to be waiting to deliver him out of his coma. Poking him will in basic terms make the Coma worse.

maybe you should consider going to a vet......has your dog ever been near a cat that is the reason then...he is influenced by it
