Other than that, my body is normal... it randomly shows up and randomly disappears. It is rather weird because it is only there... sometimes it is flat... sometimes it isn't.

I do not gain weight in my stomach area
When I gain weight, I gain it on the hips, thighs, and butt.
So it is not weight gain.

Well, I walk quickly for 45mins five times a day... I don't know what else I can do... because I just feel tired afterwards since I live in San Diego and I have to do a lot of hill climbing...

Its water weight... all women have it to protect your reproductive organs and a baby if you get pregnant... sorry to say there is no way to get rid of it.

Okay, so:
It's from what you eat on your period.
If you drink/eat too many cold things it will make you bloat and get bigger down there. If its usually there when you have your period or around that time it is the cause of that. Drink warm soup and THERAFLU, it helps!

That abdominal flab is called Visceral adipose Tissue.,it causes high blood sugar,hypertension and arterial inflammation.Its hard to get rid completely,but can be done with 3x30 aerobics a week.

That would be called your BELLY- sometimes it's from bloating during that female visitor's time of the month or when you really have had your fill-it's very normal.

that is a normal location of fat accumulation in females, so, when you gain any fat it is most likely to just show up there and nowhere else.

you are probably bloated from your period. Drink more water or take a water pill.
