Take them to the vet. There, you'll be able to find out if they're okay or not.

Signs of kidney failure are: vomiting; lethargy; loss of appetite; frequent urination (or lack of urine); inordinate thirst among other things. Severity of damage to the kidneys depends on how much the cat has eaten and the cat's state of health at the time of ingestion. What to do:
1. Stop feeding the contaminated food immediately.
2. Make the cat drink water - give water periodically to flush ou the toxins (use an oral syringe if necessary or even a medicine dropper to put liquids into your cat) - do not allow the cat to become dehydrated (especially if the cat has been vomiting).
3. Take the cat to vet ASAP and get the cat's kidneys checked for any possible damage.
4. The vet will take it from there.

The symptom list may be vague especially considering the age of the kittens. Take the kittens to the vet. There is a BUN chemical test they can be administer that will detect kidney damage.

I do not know the signs of kidney failure, but kidney infection sign is they would be in the litter box continuosly thinking they have to urinate, but not going. I would take them to the vet ASAP maybe if given antibiotics quickly they will be fine.GOOD LUCK! I wish you & them the best.
