I found a steak in the fridge and not sure how long it was in there and cooked it since it was turning a little brown. The next day my father cooked it a little more though it was still pink in the middle.
She ate it and maybe 8 hours later, when she woke up she had a bit of a stomach ache.
Then her upper part of her stomach started to really hurt, as if she always has to burp. Then she has diareah and is very weak.
Also is feeling a little cold, plus she has a bad headache. She says when she drinks water it makes her stomach hurt.
What does she have? Will she be okay? What can I do to help.

Your father may have a case of food poisoning. It is best to go to the doctor.

Well, if it were food poisening it wouldnt' take 8 hrs to be sick more like 45 min to an hour and then she would have been sittin on the pot and holding the trash can ....meaning, coming out of both ends, severe cramping, week and so on... if it is food poisening, they have a pill that will stop her diahrea and stomach aches and it works fast. My friend just had tht but a really bad case of it. your girl could have a little food poisening, or saminilla??? Take her to the emergency if she is that bad or wait and just keep an eye on her and see what happens the following day....good luck......P.S next time ck the date on the meat package especially w/ pork. that s what myfriend had and it was just at the last date :/

Sounds like food poisoning.
I would go to the doctor, tell him what happened, and ask for an antibiotic.
Last year I made the big mistake of eating questionable meat from my refrigerator, too. My stomach hurt sooo much for 3 days, and diarrhea, and throwing up. Ever since that, I have been lactose intolerant. I can't digest the lactase enzyme in any milk or dairy products unless I take an enzyme tablet first...I suffer on.
Good luck over there!!
