(before you report illegal drug talk, I am using my right of practicing religion is a very legal way, so please humor me)

Does anyone out there tonight use marijuana as a sacrament? Any Rastafaris, or toking Christians, or whatever?

I personally use it to bond with the Earth, and for meditation, as well as my medicinal reasons.

I do not use marijuana; however, I respect those who use it as a sacrament. Tobacco has also been used as a sacrament, but it has been allowed to spread to common nonsacramental use through its legality and cultural popularity; I imagine the same would happen with marijuana were it legal. It is an indictment of so-called "modern civilized society" that mind-altering substances cannot be used in their place, for the specific sacramental uses that would allow them to enhance, rather than degrade societal behavior. If mankind could take drugs only in their necessary time and place and spirit, then I could more easily condone the use of drugs as an adjunct to spiritual exercises. However, Man as a group seems to be too immature to integrate this aspect on a large scale. (I am not saying that individual enlightened people should not be allowed, but that they are the exceptions in this world and do not represent the bulk of society.)

So, toke away if you will; personally, the most intense spiritual experiences I have had involved focus, sleep deprivation and sweat lodges. I saw archetypes in the mirror without knowing at the time what they were. With marijuana added, I would always have to ask myself if the experience was skewed or not. It isn't my 'bag,' so to speak, but some find it enhances their practices.

that's a sacrament if used interior the main magnificent way. There are non secular communities that use it as a sacrament which includes Rastafarianism, Shamanism and The Zion Coptic Church. it could placed human beings extra in touch with God / Goddess in the event that they use it for that purpose and in a sacred way, specializing in God / Goddess or the sunlight, moon and stars. each and every drug is a herb until this is processed, in basic terms then is it undesirable for you. Smoke grass not hash except this is resin. those plant life are abused it is why they're misunderstood and made unlawful. Marijuana is a sacred plant, use it with the main magnificent purpose, appreciate her, Mary Jane is a goddess.

I heard on the news in the last few days that the woman in CA who has been using medical marijuana legally for years for her cancer was arrested again. This is SO WRONG!!! Go after the violent crimnals. I was beaten to a pulp & he's running around free. Where's the justice?

Well, I'll be completely honest. No. I have not. I want to, but I have not had any idea if I'll need to have any fluids of mine tested for several months. I think it'd be awesome to add some into the rituals. That and that Salvia Divinorium. I want to get some of that.

Pretty much, the only thing I do, is when I want to bring out my beast [I'm not talking Tantric.. Though that happens too.] I get drunk and be a drunk Pagan.

NO. NEVER. HAVE RESPECT 4 GOD. IN YOUR OWN PRIVACY, WITH YOUR CREATOR, HE ALREADY KNOWS ANYHOW, ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT EVERYTHING. HE KNOWS MUCH MORE THAN YOU DO, SO YIELD TO HIM & DON'T USE HIM AS A REASON TO SMOKE OR TOKE COS GOD IS NOT AN EXCUSE, HE IS OUR FATHER. PLEASE, DO NOT UPSET MY FATHER. I LOVE TO MAKE HIM HAPPY, AND IN DOING SO, I AVOID QUESTIONS, LIKE YOURS', THAT PLACE A FOOLISHNESS UPON THE ONE WHO ASKED THE QUESTION. YOU KNOW WHAT GOD WANTS FROM YOU BEFORE YOU EVEN READ THIS ANSWER, AND SO DID I, BUT YOU MAKE AN EXCUSE OUT OF FAITH BY YOUR FOOLISH QUESTION. GOD KNOWS YOU BETTER THAN YOU DO. TO PLACE HIM ON SUCH A LOW SEAT IS A DANGEROUS ACT & I'D TRY TO REMEMBER THAT. I'M SURE THAT GOD HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR, & HE PROBABLY SIGHS AT YOUR WAY OF THINKING. I USED TO HAVE TO HAVE AN EXCUSE TOO. IT DOESN'T WORK. IT GETS IN THE WAY OF TRUTH AND THAT IS ALL BASIC TO GOD. RAISE YOUR HEAD AND LOOK WHERE YOU PLACE YOUR CREATOR WHEN YOU THINK IN THIS FASHION. DO I USE IT? WHY? GOD KNOWS! DO I USE IT AS YOU ASK? NO. WHY WOULD YOU OFFER SOMETHING SO LOW TO A GOD SO HIGH? GO HIGHER IN YOUR HEART & MAYBE YOUR MIND WILL FOLLOW.

Be careful with yourself... love your mind and it will love you back... the power is all yours!... slow and steady there is really no need to push things...the experience will eventually remain with you and your wisdom will increase your power. You know what is possible, NOW make a choice to go it alone for 6 months but continue your work... I know you can do it!

Yes, I've been known to get by with a little help from my friends. Spiritually speaking, of course.

If any cops are on, they can trace your PIN and find you lol.
I hope you're in California right now, because that's one of the few states that allow the medical use of marijuana
