I found a steak in the fridge and not sure how long it was in there and cooked it since it was turning a little brown. The next day my father cooked it a little more though it was still pink in the middle.
She ate it and maybe 8 hours later, when she woke up she had a bit of a stomach ache.
Then her upper part of her stomach started to really hurt, as if she always has to burp. Then she has diareah and is very weak.
Also is feeling a little cold, plus she has a bad headache.
She says when she drinks water it makes her stomach hurt.
What does she have? Will she be okay? What can I do to help.

Sound like she could have some food poisoning, but it sounds like she'll be ok. I ate out in a restaurant and got salmonella poisoning and I was throwing up and vomiting at the same time. I think you need to take her temperature. Not being able to drink water because it's making her stomach hurt does sound odd. How old is she? I think she'll be ok, she's just got to get the poison out of her system. If she gets any worse, take her to the hospital. I don't know what her health history is.

She maximum possibly has the comparable abdomen virus which you had on Thursday. it would unfold that rapid. those abdomen bugs are so contagious. How before did she eat the granola bar? it would take 12-seventy two hours for the salmonella an infection to kick in so if she ate the granola bar and grow to be ill presently thereafter, that's no longer salmonella. If she is relatively ill, she ought to call a doctor or visit the ER.

I'm hoping its just a mild case of food poisoning because it was cooked twice, but since I don't know how old it is, its impossible to say. Going to the doctor might be a good idea just in case.

All you can do right now is make sure she knows exactly everything that happened in the line of events that led up to her eating the steak, then ask her to go to the Hospital and get checked. This could be nothing, or it could be very dangerous.

a little brown is not bad, it is aged. but the question is did it smell. meat really doesnt have a strong smell, so if it did, it was spoiled. question 2, was it left out for awhile. it does sound like she is having a reaction to it. sip water and eat soda crackers (slowly) gatorade or powerade or pedilite would really be good for her to get her electrolites back in her system. good luck. if she is sick to long call the doctor.(more then 24 hours)take asprin or motrin for head ache.

food poisoning is an insignificant diagnosis. what is important is ensuring that she remains hydrated. make sure your mom drinks plenty of clear fluids for the next few days. when the symptoms ease, she can begin to slowly add solid food back into her diet. stay with very bland foods in the beginning, though. if she can tolerate it, give her advil or tylenol for the pain and make sure she gets lots of rest.

Get her to the ER ASAP.
These could also be heart attack symptoms. Better safe than sorry.
Women have different symptoms than men and they tend to ignore it. Get her to ER and tell them the same things.

i would say to have her go to the urgent care, nothing may be wrong but if there is it's better to no now then have it get worse thru the night! try to convince her that your very worried and if she will do this for you.
