I found a whole list - some that I've used before, but lots of new ones too...
PEANUT BUTTER DOUGHBALL
Get a jar of peanut butter
some flour
water
sugar
and whatever else (Jello, cinnamon, lemon juice, chips)
Mix the peanut butter with the water and sugar. Then add flour and whatever else until the ball gets a little tough. Make sure it is not too soft or it will not stay on.
Take a little piece of bread and a piece of doughball and roll it onto your hook.
CATCH LOTS-O-CARP
If you want to catch lots of carp (common carp)...
Boil 3 1/2 cups of water
Add 3 tablespoons of Jello (strawberry or cherry work the best)
Then add slowly while stirring a mix of two cups of cornmeal and one cup of flour
Turn the heat down and stir while cooking for about five minutes
Let the dough cool and knead with your hands. It must be cool before you put it into the refrigerator. Store in tin foil or plastic wrap.
Crazy Carp Catcher
1 pack of shrimp flavored ramen-noodles
1 pack of cherry Kool-aid
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
some water maybe...
In a food processer ( or just pulverize in a zip lock bag - with a rolling pin) add the ramen noodles with the shrimp flavoring, and process them until it turns into a powder like substance. Then add everything else until it turns into a dough like ball, if it is too hard add some water. Put in a zip-lock bag and put in freezer or refrigerator until you go fishin'.
Happy fishin' !!

Buy some cotton . Mix it with cremecheese and fried chicken crunchies left over from the skin or improvise with bacon bits. mix that all together and make small cheese ball and freeze them in your freezer till ready to use.
Carp love these things.

Mix angel delight and semolina with a little water and roll into balls. Alternatively grind trout pellets into powder and mix with powdered sugar add a little water and roll into balls. Both work very well.

dough bait. just add flour and water until you can roll it into little balls and then you would need a treble hook with the little spring on it

the best one and the easiest one is corn balls . just take whole cernel corn and mix it with regular dough mix (extra stiff) put it out to rise .......pinch it down .........let rise...........punch it down.........Roll out and the pinch off to bait size (about size of quarter) put on a cookie sheet and leave out to dry for couple hours . ( makes a good skin on them) pack up and go slay them!
