I'm on a drama team and when someone new joins, we initiate them by making them do embarrassing things in front of the entire drama team. I need ideas on how to embarrass a teen girl, but I don't want it to be too mean that she quits.

You should be ashamed of yourself. Imma share some words of knowledge real quick so read this carefully. What Im about to share with you could save you from ruining a teenage, unsuspecting girl: High school is one of the hardest times in a person life.. ESPECIALLY a GIRL! Do u know why?? Because, hormones are involved, insecurity issues, peer pressure is involved- some of everything is involved! So please, I plead you, don't ruin that poor girl's life by embarrassing the heck outta her. She doesn't deserve I'm sure and .. even if she did, you're not the one to judge it. Got it? Now, you needs to get somewhere and sit down. I mean for real.

do the funnel thing: u get a funnel, put the tube part of the funnel in their pants put a querter on their head, then tell them to try to put the querter in to the huge open part by looking down with both their arms out. then do ir again but tell them to clse their eyes. but this time tell them to wait 5 seconds to lose balance or watever. then puor water down their pants.
but do it like its a game, and act like the person with the most querter in the funnels wins. u kno

In my experience, it doesn't take a great deal to embarrass a teenage girl.
Simply calling attention to her in front of a group will probably embarrass her. So you could ask her to do something fairly simple. Sing, dance, recite poetry, stand on her head...

You are actors, right? Get one that hasn't shown up to accidentally "overhear" a comment about anything and pretend to be insulted by it and confront her in a harmless way.

Initiations such as you describe are extremely childish and cruel. If you drive away some very talented people this way, and you will, there will be no one but yourselves to blame. Think back to how they embarrassed you, and how you felt about it.

make her sing one of those outrageous songs from the 'South Park' movie in a crazy vaudeville style song and dance routine....in a monkey suit...yeah...monkey suit.
