absolutely , why not ??
but with Israel in the middle it will be kinda hard they will have to blow Israel off and then be united that would amazing !!

Of course they have the right to do so, but their are many complications.

First not all Arabs are the same some Arabs like the ones in southern Iraq and Bahrain are Shite Muslims and might not want to be part of a nation where they are a small minority.

Also you have to remember that It they did so that would mean that several royal dictatorships would need to give up most of their power. That dose not look like its going to happen.

If they choose to do so. The Emirates, at the southeast corner of the Arabian peninsula came together as one country, and are now doing very well. Egypt and Syria tried a union some years ago; that flopped.

THE RIGHT? why not, it's their country. Who says they have to ask you...or your country,...or anybodys country? You seemed to be under the misconception that the laws of your country and it's desires, extend beyond your borders to the rest of the world.
