should I refrigerate it so it won't spoil overnight?? Or is it okay to leave it out??

Most foods are supposed to be refrigerated within two hours of cooking to reduce the risk of bacterial growth that can cause illness. I have known someone who ate a couple of bites of chicken that was out overnight with no ill effects, but it was in a very cool kitchen. I wouldn't recommend it though.

If you are going to put it in tomorrow's lunch, you can freeze it as well and let it defrost during the day.

why leave it out anyway? just put it in the fridge.
