Yes, most definetly. If you really like them age doesn't matter. Last year i did date someone in year 12 and i was in year 9, im in year 10 now and he graduated so he's off to college. That's the only bad thing about it, they might leave after high school. I thought it was worth it though. Hope this helps, good luck.

No. It's not that the actual age difference is a lot, but during the teenage years, 1-2 years makes a big difference. Consider how much more mature a 16 year old is too a 13 or 14 year old. Once you are older, age difference isn't too bad. But you are miles apart in maturity and where you are in your lives right now.

Sometimes there are some mature 9th graders and some less mature 12th graders. Age is just a number. If a 9th grader and a 12th grader likes each other, why not go out with each other?

personaly i think that the highest grade a freshman should date is 11th. However even then you have to make sure that they wont pressure you into anything.. the thing with older guys is they have more experience and though they may not say it they expect more from there relationships that perhaps a freshman wont be able/want to give. Good luck

I believe you're a freshman and they are a senior? It might be awkward, but if you want it bad enough go for it I guess? people will know who you are, so that's cool. but make sure it's something you really want, I don't know how mature a freshman is these days, I was only in highschool for two years myself(don't worry I went to college I have degrees)

Fourteen is too young to date. And a Senior will want to take you out on a date, so I'm hoping your parents are wise and will tell you to wait another year or two.

if your 9 yrs old... you shouldnt be dating yet... and if your in 9th grade... you shouldnt because the senior will just use you then dump you.

NO, there is a huge amount of maturity differance there. At age nine, dating is not a good practice.

You shouldn't be 'going out' with anyone! You need to get an education so you can make better choices in life.
