I don't know of anyone who has done a full surgery residency after a full radiology one -- though the field of interventional radiology does offer a mixture of surgical procedures mixed with radiology

What would be you reason for wanting to go into surgery? You have already spend 5 years on your Radiology residency. If you want to do procedures do a fellowship in Interventional Radiology.
