OK to the first part of all your questions No I do not know how much to drink. what does it do?...gives you stomachache...and diaria..does it shed pounds not really...If you are looking for help this is what to do and I am real.....eat a good am meal eat a half of sandwich at lunch with at least a fruit and cut up veggies so they will already be there in reverberate and I am real eat a small dinner. I pro miss with in about four days you will see how much easier it gets and no matter what do not eat after 7.30 pm and remember to keep at least four bottles of water in frg start drinking them around 10 am these are very important and use five a day NOT ALL AT ONCE OK..........WHEN YOU GO TO THE CUBA RD FOR SNACKS DO SOME LEG KICKS AND STRAIGHTS AND TELL YOUR SELF no no no.......I promise it works........

I have heard of this too. There are actaually diet pills of these. I think If I remember the kinda clump the bad fat out of your body and are flushed from your body. I don't think it reduces appetitte though...
