If they trained harder than him, and in various more styles, threw out the junk left what was good, and used it to their advantage, then I do not see why anyone else couldn't. It would all depend on the situation and the outcome at the moment.

Yes many many people. Today martial arts has moved onto next level, so Bruce Lee would be out of date. Plus he's too small to go against someone who is over 5'10 and 180 lbs who train to fight, hit much harder, and can outpower Bruce Lee.

Yes...he was actually beat by a judo or wrestling expert, which is why he incorporating grappling (or at least joint locking) into his art. Besides that, I'm sure he was beat by others, which is the best way to improve because you learn from them. I seriously doubt he was simply born the best.
