if u weigh 120 pounds, you definately do not need to lose weight at all. u can tone up by going to the gym. do leg machines such as a leg press. you can ask someone at the gym what exercises would be good too. go jogging too. there are also cream made to help with the cellulite..,aybe gnc or a store like that would carry them. if not, you can definately find them on the internet

Hi,

I understand how you feel as I used to be quite heavy and dun have the courage to wear bikinis at all...

What kind of weight are you looking at losing and how fast do you want to lose them?

I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 mths via a detox.

I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

People with cellulitis usually becomes more and more fat because they don't move much, don't let that happen to you. There are range of motion exercise you can do for your legs, and i advice you to walk 5 miles a day, but make sure you hydrate yourself and losen your leg first. The lack of determination is why many people give up. You have to do them everyday even if they have pain. Don't let pain (which will go away after your muscle adapts and builds up) get in your way.

Eat healthier foods and exercise. Focus on cardio. If it's your legs, try an exercise bike or stairmaster.

You shouldn't have to lose weight, just tone up. So no junk food. Try fruits and veggies instead as snacks.

Might not work perfectly in two weeks, but in the long run it will pay off.

You need to see your doctor and a dietician.
To tone your legs you need to do some weights that will tone your legs and give them some muscle tone.
Some people make cabbage soup and eat that for 3 to 4 days for lunch and dinner. Its filling and light eating.
But you need to see a doctor and a dietician for professional recommendations..
