You lose water and not fat. It's not healthy and I don't recommend it.

If your stomach is made up of water, you are doing wonders. The problem is that it has a layer of fat which is not removed by sweating unless it is working up a sweat working out. Get over the idea that there is a quick, easy way to lose fat, build muscle, etc. It is WORK, and that is why there are so many fat, out of shape people.

No. Saran wrap is only keeping your skin from breathing, and is therefore making you sweat more. This increases your body temperature and can become dangerous. Where did you get this idea?!

Chrissy is right.
A person can't lose weight in one part of the body that they want to lose. Don't try any expensive tricks that people try to sell you, either.
Diet and exercise are the only way.
