You do it privately, like over an email if you can't do it in person, and you use scripture to back your arguments up.
Here's a Montecados for the strength, good luck!

This is a very deep question because a person has to look at their own life first and make sure that he or she isn't doing something as bad or worse. You know like the pot calling the kettle black. Then you have to pray about this to know how and what to do. According to the Bible, you are supposed to go privately to the person and speak the truth in love, not judgementally. If the peson does not come around, then you take someone with you sort of like a witness and you try that and if the person still refuses to accept your loving admonition, then you take it before the church. According to the Bible, the church then disciplines the person. I don't know if any churches do this these days or not but that is the way it is supposed to be done. A person who claims to be a Christian yet behaves unChristlike is a stumbling block and does much harm to the Kingdom of God. Look at all those televangelists who have brought reproach to the name of Christ. If only that method of confronting sin had been employed early in each of their lives, there would have probably been a whole different outcome.

Depends. Do you know the person? One method is to use church discipline as outlined in Matthew 18.
If you don't know the person, you could ask him if he is “living in holiness.” More than likely he will say that he is. Then call his bluff. Ask him to define “holiness.” As he is straining his brain to come up with a definition, say, “The Bible says, ‘Without holiness, no man shall see the Lord.’” That means that we should be separated from sin and the world. Then ask him if he thinks he’s a good person. More than likely he will, so take the time to go through the Moral Law with him, and share the Gospel with him so that he can get soundly saved.

My first question is what is this person doing that is unbiblical? There are many places in the bible that are open to interpretation. I am curious to know what circumstance or circumstances are making them unchristian?

I wouldn't "confront" them as that's going to cause them to go on the defensive and you won't get anywhere. If you are a good friend, try talking and letting them know you are concerned about their behavior. If you are too close to this person, maybe someone from their church would be a better choice to talk to them about their behavior.

Most are like that and they don't even know that they are bad. The two biggest wars in history were in the heart of Christendom. Of course the Athiest Communist Russians did the same thing,

Why would you "confront" them at all? Are they a friend of your and you want to ofter a word of advise? That would be OK. Are they an enemy of yours and you want to tell them off? Just someone you know but don't have a relationship with? Why don't you just mind your own business instead.

The Bible says to go to that person and talk with them about their problem. If they do not respond to your concern, then you should approach them with a group. If that doesn't work, they are on their own, and you have done all you can do.

You find in the Bible where it says it is wrong and present it to them. Don't judge them, just point it out and ask them to pray about it. You to should pray about it.

You pray for them so they realize they aren't doing the right things. Prayer is power!
