The first thing you need to do is go to a good shoe store and get fitted for a good pair of work shoes designed for nurses and people in restaurant business. Also if the soles are itchy try using an antifungal cream on them. YOu mentioned red dots on around your toes and this means pressure areas and tells me the shoes you are wearing don't fit right. See a good shoe store and have them fit you for some work shoes.

First of all you could have athlelet's foot. Lotrimin is what my son uses on his. I buy it at Rite-Aid. You should see a Dr. there are other things it could be also...nothing crazy don't get nervous...smile. Now for your shoes. I used to work for a Podiatrist and she had all of us wear New Balance Sneakers 608. Now they are 609 now (new style). Leather allows your feet to breathe. She said they were the best sneakers on the market. They are the only brand of shoes she offered to her Diabetic patients. They seem to have alot of trouble with their feet. My feet felt wonderful after changing to these. They are still the only ones I buy. They run about $50. My feet used to hurt me 3 hours into a 10 hour day. With these babys got about 7-8 hrs till my feet started feeling a little sore. I think anybodys feet will hurt after that time on their feet. Even if the store you go to doesn't have them...go to another, because new balance said they will never stop making this style it is there best seller. I would also sometimes soak my feet in warm water with a little witch hazel in it at night. Good Luck.....smile.
P.S Wear only white socks...colored socks will make your feet sweat more. The dye in them aggrivates things. Doesn't help your condition.

It sounds like you need shoes and socks that breathe. I could be wrong, but you might have a condition called paddy foot - it got its name from the workers in the rice paddies in China where their feet were immersed in water for long periods.

Buy some pure cotton socks and leather shoes. Until this condition clears up, foot powder would probably irritate it. It wouldn't be a bad idea to see a dermatologist or podiatrist.

First i think you should look at the material of socks you wear, some make your feet sweat and that will irritate the skin, shoes are a second, maybe you should put a massure sole on the bottom of you shoe to keep the blod circulating round. I still think you should see your local GP.

Get a great pair of shoes- you will need to spend some money to get good ones. Dansko clogs are what doctors & nurses wear. Danskos help you stand in the proper way too. Helps the fatigue in your legs. Also, Born are good.

You may need to see a good podiatrist and ask them what they recommend you do. I stand a lot during the day too & I wear Danskos or Born. My feet still hurt, but these shoes help a lot.
