Ok, I'm currently 90 pounds overweight. My target weight is 140, which (for my height) is considered healthy. I'm not trying to starve myself into a stick here, just be heathier. And perhaps look really great when I go visit my old highschool.
- I just started weight lifting, every day, for 45 minutes.
- I'm also running a mile every morning.
- Walking for 1/2 hour every after noon.
- I've cut all sweets and most empty carbs.
- Eating small portions, yogurt, other healthy stuff.
If I keep all this (horribly painful) stuff up, is it realistic that I can lose 70-90 pounds in 75 days?
Note, I've been weight training for three weeks now, and I add weights as often as I can.
And, I'm 5'10'', weight 230 lbs, and am 17 years old.
I know I should just make a life style change, but I have a timeline, and I get very discouraged if I don't see results.
Also, I'm planning on eating healthier after the trip, only not quite as extreme. So it is a life stlye change. w00t.
