Ok, I'm currently 90 pounds overweight. My target weight is 140, which (for my height) is considered healthy. I'm not trying to starve myself into a stick here, just be heathier. And perhaps look really great when I go visit my old highschool.

- I just started weight lifting, every day, for 45 minutes.
- I'm also running a mile every morning.
- Walking for 1/2 hour every after noon.
- I've cut all sweets and most empty carbs.
- Eating small portions, yogurt, other healthy stuff.

If I keep all this (horribly painful) stuff up, is it realistic that I can lose 70-90 pounds in 75 days?

Note, I've been weight training for three weeks now, and I add weights as often as I can.

And, I'm 5'10'', weight 230 lbs, and am 17 years old.

I know I should just make a life style change, but I have a timeline, and I get very discouraged if I don't see results.

Also, I'm planning on eating healthier after the trip, only not quite as extreme. So it is a life stlye change. w00t.

your plan seems good if you stick to it. No you can't lose that much weight in 75 days. Plus losing that fast will cause loose skin. Which I think is nastier than a fat body. How many calories are you taking in? You should are you male or female? I think you should eat 1500 calories a day. Mostly fruits and veggies. And try to burn 700 calories during excersise. Cut your carbs. I think you will lose 50 at the most. Otherwise it's unhealthy.

70-90 Pounds in 75 days, i seriously do not see that happening, i am sorry.

You will maybe lose about 30-something with that exercise plan. That is still VERY EXCELLENT.
