JS, please leave my question alone.

I mean compared to 1800s and now, there are many wonder that human created, such as traveling from one continent to another, space traveling by ordinary folks and advance in medical science treatment.

In short, how relevant is God in our modern time? And do u have concrete evidence to support your claim, be it for or against.

I just wish to read the different perspective on this question.
Peace.

How is God relevant? Well, technology can help us do things we can't do otherwise, but just having technology doesn't answer the question of why we're here and what this life is all about. I think God is absolutely relevant--He never has been irrelevant--because our lives have no real meaning without Him. He created us to have a relationship with Him forever, and nothing else except what we do through a relationship with Him will last or be meaningful in any way.

What proof do I have that God is relevant and/or that He exists? I would like to think that the changes He has brought about in my own life are pretty good evidence. I was on the verge of suicide when I was 15, despite the fact I'd grown up going to church and believed in my head (but not yet in my heart) that life was about living for Him. Now 21 years later, I'm alive against all odds and I'm about to make the jump into full-time vocational ministry to tell others how He can radically change their lives the way He has changed mine. Check out the first link below for a little bit about my life.

God took me from a place where I hated life, I hated myself and everyone around me. Life seemed pointless, and he gave me a new life, a new hope. He took everything bad in my life and used it for good. He gave me purpose and a reason to live. He is my strength and my shield. He is not only relevant in my life, he is necessary. The more I draw close to him the more I realize that I can not live without him.
As for the technological advances:
Hebrews 4:13 "nothing in all creation is hidden from his sight." He not only knows about what we are doing, he gives us wisdom to do all good things.
"what has been done will be done again: there's nothing new under the sun." Ecclesiastes 1:9 Just because we are doing things differently, even better, it does not mean it has not been done before.
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever" Hebrews 13:8 No matter how we change or the world changes around us God is good and he is faithful.
We serve a big God he created the heavens, the earth, and the entire universe. Genesis 1
"For by him all things were created; things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities: all things were created by him and for him." Colossians 1:16
To be a Christian means to be Christ-like. If God seems redundant to you maybe you need to take another look at your walk with him. Stay in the word and attend church regularly. I pray that God will bring you the answers and fulfillment you are seeking.

God is just as important as ever, in fact even more so as People drift back into the Barbaric days of Me me,me..grunt grunt without regard for others or the earth.

It's the Churches that are redundant with their 2000 year old testaments & rituals that have become meaningless & routine. The very things they Read as Gospel Truth but reinterpret it for their own needs.... Love your Neighbor as long as they are not Black, Gay, Violent, Gardners...make under $30,000 - ect. The message is OLD, the way of thinking is Old & restrictive...and yet they Rake in the bucks & force the modern world into following them so we can contineu to be enslaved & Furthe & Further from what GOD Truly Intends. He's the reason we've achieved all of these breakthru's ...it's Religion that holds us back.

That penalty has not something to do with faith. It replaced into for drawing interest to himself in severe social gathering. A participant have been given penalized in a bowl interest final week for saluting the team after scoring. i flow to a large style of NFL video games and MBL video games and innovacations are actually not wide-unfold like they are in Nascar. Pre race festivities are fairly extra effective and extra dramatic at a Nascar experience than different donning activities. I easily have under no circumstances as quickly as seen a shifting anthem or a flyover, and so on. at a soccer or baseball interest. i'm not religious in any respect yet I haven't any concern with it. I purely stand there and pretend to care concerning to the prayer respectfully. and that i don't say "under God" for the duration of the pledge. i might quite the religious stuff not take place yet i'm not offended via all of it. that is not a public place so that is not in any respect a separation of state and faith situation.

I think God is needed now more than ever, because I think we are getting worse and not better. Here, have a haystack and some iced tea. Enjoy!
