if you just starting working out your don't need creatine. you need to focus on your technique and learning how to perform the exercises properly. you are a good year away from "needing" creatine. your strength will increase normally very drastically just from your neuromuscular efficiency increasing. right now I would just get some whey protein to take after training. focus on your diet and learning the proper techniques for the compound exercises like the squat, bench, dead lift, military press and bent over row

I'm an exercise science major and athlete and I wouldn't recomend taking anything (except a multivitimin). most supplements do little to no good, have side effects, and are quite expensive. There is little regulation of supplements so there really is no telling what you're taking.
I'm not sure what you're training for or what your goals are but unless you are an elite athlete, skip the supplements.

creatine is a great supplement....you will get big fast and have alot of energy to work out but the only downside is....as soon as u quit taking it you willl see a big drop off!
