I want a good nights sleep. any tips???

make sure you have a comfy pillow for starters,and dont sleep with a snorer

Find that one spot on your bed that you just totally feel comfortable and like you dont want to move. You probably shouldn't have a light on. I have found that any light on keeps me awake or will wake me up while i'm sleeping. You could totally be different though. Your choice.

I have also found that reading a book before I go to bed, helps me get sleepy and by doing so, makes me stay asleep. Or a radio playing very low.

Sleep Aid. Works great 20min. your head is bobbing and you do not wake up with a drug hangover. This is the only one I'll take.

dont eat 3 hours before bed time, take a very warm shower, rub a lavender body lotion on your skin from head to toe. stretch... turn on some "white noise", like; the fan on high (point it away from you), dont turn on the tv or music. clean/fresh sheets help too!
