Well, if your name is really Jesus, then no. That's a common name in some areas of the world.
But I guess because you put that "TM" at the end you're trying to say you're the "trade mark" Jesus, as in the Son of God, and yeah, that would be considered blasphemy.

Why don't you just have a nice brown sugar cookie instead, I'll even throw in a glass of iced milk. Enjoy!

Could of easily chosen another name. The Trademark can be taken wrong let alone could actually cost you in court if someone pressed it. For that is a federal item and can only be displayed legally if the item is in deed Trademarked. (biz owner and inventor, been on that road).

Next I would have to assume you wanted attention or controversy or you would not have made the name in the first place. For that, I recommend at least a yr of psychology classes to understand why humans do things, its fascinating.

Last...since the image is just a 'rendering' and not a true image, I myself would rather see a true image, the Shroud of Turin there. Least then some truth speaks out.

I cringe when I see those "fake" pics. I want to scream....JUST CALL MY WHITEY BOSS!

Does it offend me? No? I think it would depend on how you portray yourself in person, on the board and with your questions. Choosing an Avatar & Title of someone Famous or Upstanding I think can be an extension of your own character. Take me as Aphrodite, a nickname given to me due to my loving nature & abundant Womanhood ...therefore in her honor I am sure to extend that in my answers.

If your doing to get a rise out of others or to be extend hatefulness by using the name....then Yes your being rude.

Also realizing now that you have TM attached, it does appear you are trying to "market" yourself as the Maker ...which you aren't....so It does beg the question of what In your Studies do you hold Sacred?

The only thing that I have an issue with is the TM symbol after your name is if you are implying that you are due royalties. That means that you own the rights to that word. Sorry, but I'm not paying you royalties for praying to my Lord and Savior who has been around for a lot longer than you, lol.

So, please remove the TM symbol because you don't own the rights to that name.

Jesus is a Romanisation of Jeshua, which is commonly accepted by biblical scholars and some religions as Christ's actual name.

Then again, you may be communicating a certain humor with your nick (I'd bet the bank on it, actually!) which some might find offensive.

Also, since you don't mention "Christ" in your nick, then all those who see it are making associations...

I don't really care one way of the other, not too invested in why ppl nick themselves.

Have fun!!!

I don't think it matters what you chose to study for 4 years if you are going to mock Christ in any way.
I think it is not such a bad idea to have respect for other people beliefs. A person cannot expect to be respected if they do not show others respect.
That's my point of view and you asked.

No, why not? Why would you think Christians be hypersensitive as to feel offended just because you use that name.

No worries, Christian won't march on the streets around the globe because of this.

PS: You education is not relevant to this case.

Well, it might be offensive to the christians, most of them have persecution complexes and consider damn near everything as an attack on their faith by the "forces of darkness", but it doesn't bother me.
