The reasons losing weight MIGHT add to your sex life are these:
1. You will be able to move around easier, get into more positions comfortably when you are at a more fit weight.
2. You won't get out of breath and love making can last longer if you are in better shape.
- note, we are not discussing ALL of the health issues of being overweight, that's another question.
As far as how to lose the weight it is very simple - Less Calories + More Exercise = Smaller You. Whatever you choose as your diet (talk to your doctor, he probably has one all made up that he hands out) or Weight Watchers or Richard Simmons or ..... whatever just make sure it's *Less Calories*. Whatever you choose for exercise, walking, joining a gym... etc. Just be sure it's *More Excercise* and it will all subtract out to ******Smaller You*****
Now. All that being said. If you enjoy sex, and your partner enjoys sex. and you get to move and groove the way you want then I wouldn't hold back. Sex is great for people of all sizes (unless they have heart or other conditions and have been advised by their doctor not to engage in this activiy).
Whichever way you go... Good Luck!

Well Lisa, if you do not give up, you will eventually start to lose weight, IF you continue to run and exercise. Watch what you eat. Before you go for the 12 piece Kentucky Fried Chicken eat some fruit and diet coke or water to fill you up some. Then you will not eat that much. But do not get discouraged either. Personally, I think it is a gene problem with most people and they just have to work at keeping the weight off harder than others.

It's not as hard as it may be frustrating. The little extra weight just makes it harder to move around as much or as fast as you'd like to. The two basic rules always come into play...diet and exercise. Maybe cut back on fast foods....drive thru or microwave. Sounds like you exercise okay, so just keep at it and drink lots of water. Be energetic in bed, and if your boyfriend doesn't appreciate the effort, there are tons of guys that will.

First, you have to want to loose weight for yourself! Trust me, if you do it for yourself, you gain a certain sexiness and confidence that shines through....Men are attracted to women with confidence and love for themselves. Once you've decided to do this for yourself....start new habits. Eat better, and follow a good diet. Keep doing the running and push ups. The running will help you with the weight loss and define the lower portion of your body, while the push ups will define the upper portion of your body.
In regards to the spelling, don't worry about that! Isn't that why all these programs on computers come with something called "Spell Check?"
Be happy for yourself...You can't truly make someone else happy unless you've found the meaning of true happiness within yourself.
(PS.....men whether they like it or not, do like women with soft curves.....)

The best solution is to gain control over it. As someone already said, stop when you're getting there and relax. Pay more attention to pleasuring your mate--orally, perhaps--and avoid rubbing your penis up against anything while doing so. It will take work on your part and patience on both parts. Learn here http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?7374
As a last resort, some antidepressants curb sexual functioning with the intention of learning the pleasure of restraint after which you could taper off them. Here's your goal: the longer you can delay your orgasm, the more intense it will be. So it isn't just a matter of satisfying your mate. This is the main reason some claim stoned sex is better, unlike drunk sex which can leave you unable to perform (brewer's droop). You enjoy exploring each other longer. And remember, oral isn't just one place. It's all over, paying particular attention to kissing, and TALK about what each of you like. Strange how people don't talk about sex when they're the ones doing it.

your bf isnt being mean.he just wants you to lose the weight so you'll have more energy.try eating a bit less, maybe eat lots of fruit and vegies and drink lots of water(it fills you up) and keep up the walking/running, the weight will go eventually and you will feel more confident with yourself and in the bedroom.

If your boy loves you, he wants to have sex with you. If you want to lose weight, do it for you, not for him. Watch out for snacking, portion size, and fatty fried foods. Start there, and see if you can make some improvements. But remember, it is for you and for your health, not for some one else approval.
