There is a guy tries to sell me some nice electronic gadgets but I have to send him 50% of payment first, and his in Spain.

He said that he would send the electronic gadgets as soon as 50% of the payment is received. Should I do it?

Well, first of all, I would not send him any money whatsoever. Unfortunately, our capitalist society makes it very easy for would-be shoppers to be able to buy virtually anything from retailers and vendors nation, and world-wide as well. Look for these same inventions in the states before you start looking abroad for these items. AND ALSO UNFORTUNATELY, many times, people from other countriues have recognized the typical American's desire for "things," and have undertaken underhanded deeds to place their theiving hands on our hard-earned money, and not coming up with a product that we have paid for, often times, just never responding to you again. If you see some juicy items that you think are worth spending your money that you work for everyday, look for them in local stores, or on e-Bay or Amazon. At least on these sites, there are strong legal ramifications if you get stiffed the product after payment. Keep Spain off of your sights when it comes to seeing a good deal. Stay away from this fella here. I feel it in my heart. Good luck to you, and take care.

Don't be stupid. Tell him to send you half of the stuff first. Understand what I mean now? The guy is a scam.

FIRST YOU SHOULD DO A BACK GROUND CHECK ON THIS GUY AND SEE IF HE HAS ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT HE HAS SOLD ITEMS TO , BEFORE YOU GIVE HIM 50% OF HIS MONEY AND IF EVERY THING CHECKS OUT OK, GO FOR IT .

No.

Unless you can PayPal it where the money is in escrow with a 3rd party.
