Does anyone know of a freeware tool to display a to do list on the desktop(win XP)?

Question

Needs to be:
- low on memory usage
- not google desktop or yahoo widget engine or windows sidebar
- can be made transparent and float on desktop.
I've tried some but they generally hog too much memory.

I got it through Widgets.

A simple Word file on the desktop won't do it for you?

Easy to check out, add new items, remove completed.

You could also create a calendar for the year and put notes in particular dates.

Or, Yahoo has a calendar and you can send e-mail reminders to yourself.
