ok, new plan starting now. i eat fruit for breakfast, and fruit for lunch, and then a regular dinner. no snacks or fatty foods(cookies, chips, candy, etc.). i run 4 miles on monday, and 2 miles on the other days, not including sunday or wednesday. plus crew practice tuesday through saturday.

after rowing season, my plan is to run 4 miles everyday. then in the summer i have it all planned. sun, mon, tues, thurs, i run 4 miles in the morning, then breakfast, then tennis til lunch, then lunch, then tennis, then 4 more miles. the other days, only 4 miles in the afternoon, casue i will have work and i will be tired already.

i am a 5'3" female 16 y/o, 132 lbs. i have always been the chubby girl. recently i lost alot of weight, and im gaining it back. i want it off, for good, and i want the body i've always dreamed of(skinny, but not a stick, skinny as in athletic), but i dont know how long it will take. do u have any idea how long it will take according to this plan?

maybe a few weeks, but you shouldnt just do running. you should do some situps. those with nice stomach which im sure is what you want, do a lot of situps. like 100+ a night. that will help a lot! but you wont get rid of it for good. its gonna come back if you stop your workout. workout should be continous. maybe after you get what you want, do less workout but still keep it in your routine.
