Simple question. But My best frined and I always are fighting over stupid little things that are so rediculous, and its usually about relationships, friends, other hook ups, or joking around.
How can we stop this. I think jelousy plays a part, cause we both hook up, needless to say were more than best friends but really aren't.

I have had many male friends that i have been like this with, and i would have to agree with you it is jealousy to a large extent. You really need to talk with her an decide what you guys are going for here, and if you want more than you both need to agree to that and stop the random hook ups and such and try dating. Or if you don't want to do that just be friends and maybe not tell her about certain things like that, keep that part out of the relationship that you two have together. Either way, good luck to you!

My best friend is a guy, and im a girl, i have never really thought of him as more, we Never Ever fight, its amazing, we are just really close , maybe you both are just fighting because you are different from each other.

You guys fight so much probably because you guys each have different feelings. Girls and guys don't have the same feelings. Also this might be wierd, but you guys might like each other.
