That is either a blond wig or a mop that has been soaking in bleach with yellow paint mixed in it. She would look better with brunette or black hair.

Yikes!!!!!! the Blondie hair looks awful with her skin coloring and the dark eyebrows. What the hell was she thinking? She would have looked much cuter with a color more natural to her own maybe a brown with red or a few Blondie highlights or even a nice chocolate cherry color.Hopefully she has a nice big hat to wear until she comes to her senses.

Its not that it doesnt suit her but it just looks like a wig
I would bet money that it is a wig because just looks so unhealthy.
If it isnt a wig, than it must be really damaged hair!
Not that blonde doesnt suit her because I think that color looks fine, just the quality of the hair.

Neway I wouldnt do blond basically becuase with a tanner pores and skin tone it could look yellowish in a undesirable way (Ive tried it disaster) yet with your eyecolor the medium brown hair shade might under excentuate the eyes. Sorry,but no I do not think that color suits her.it's all wrong with her skin tone,plus it just looks way to yellow for anyone. She would look better as a brunette or red head.
