this is soo awkward.
i'm going out with this guy
let's call him.... james.
and we've been together almost a month now
not very long.
then on friday me and a group of my friends
without james
went to the movies
and this other guy... troy
was there.
he came into the theater and sat next to me
and we had a great time
then he asks for my number
i said i have a boyfriend,
but he said he didn't like me like that,
he just wants to become friends
well now already his friends are telling me he likes me
and to be completely honest
he's hotter than james.
and sweeter,
and smells better,
and has better style...
i like him more than james.
but all my friends think me and james were meant for eachother.
should i dump james for troy?
or keep james, and forget about troy.
either one is incredably hard.

Hmm, When your with james are you really happy ? .. or do u think about Troy ? .. and when your with troy .. do u have a big smile on your face or do u think about james ? .. i think you should look on that .. write down a few things about each one .. and see who has teh ebst qualities that suit you and would make a longer relationship .. if your happier with one then the other i think u should consider goen for the one who makes you feel better about yourself and were ur most comfterble. . do u think in a week from now ur gunna be over troy ? .. or james ? .. wut one u think u have s tronger urge to be with and who u share more feelings for .. its whut ever floats your boat see whos right for you and if james isint then theres nothen u can do u cant help how u feel but if troy isint then hes gunna hafta understand that u care for your boyfriend more and its juss the way it iss. juss dunt hold it off to long because u can lose troy or u james can become to atached ! .. Soo who ever u see u can be with for longer and enjoy urself . .u should go for ! =)

First of all don't worry about what your friends think is meant to be, you be the judge of what is best for you not anyone else. Secondly, the worst thing you can do is keep someone in a relationship that you really don't care about, eventually the dragging on of the pointless relationship will just make the breakup harder because of the more time spent together the more attached the other person will be to you. I would ask you to step back and really evaluate what you are looking for in a boyfriend before doing anything too drastic. Troy may smell better but that is not sufficient cause for him to be the new guy in your life. If this is a inconsequential fling ya go with the guy who wears the most Axe but if you are looking for something meaningful I think you need ask yourself what is it about yourself that attracts you to certain types of guys... Do what's right in your heart, don't listen to your friends but let down James easy if you decide to break up with him. Maybe James is right for you though and you just take him for granted...would you miss James at all if you moved to Troy?

girl, you sound like you're a newbie-but go for what you want besides its only been a month-James shouldn't be in "love" with you. and if troy is a better catch then go for it
