i think sleeping in an upright almost seated position with alot of pillows behind you is most comfy.

What a nightmare. I'd have to be doped... and in a semi sitting position. I hope that u find a good solution. I'm sure that a nurse would have great suggestions.

best is not so easy, have a sectioned air bag so you could adjust which portions should be pumped. erstwhile use several longtoms of infants or i guess you really have to make do with propping yourself inclined
