Probably not but you most likely will have 2nd and 3rd degree burns of the rectum and colon.

You're probably going to have issues getting it up there, since it takes some pressure, and steam by itself is just going to bounce off your *** and go around.
That said, if you were to do it, you run the risk of burning the very sensitive skin inside. You run a risk of causing some damage doing it. However, if you dont burn yourself, you wouldnt have diarrhea the next day. It'd be like an enema, and the effects would hit you within a few minutes, and then be done with.

If your rectum is sooo large and open that you can get steam up it,diarrhea isn't you're only problem and won't be your only problem.
